Our aim is to equip professionals with the necessary professional knowledge and skills to implement sustainable practices in their respective fields.

About us

  • The textile and fashion industry is undergoing a revolutionary shift toward sustainability, and we are excited to be part of this transformation.

The Sustainable Textile Counselor, an Erasmus+ initiative, brings together experts and organizations across Europe to drive sustainable and circular economy practices in the textile sector.

Our aim is to equip professionals with the necessary professional knowledge and skills to implement sustainable practices in their respective fields.

  • This initiative is powered by a dynamic consortium of organizations dedicated to sustainability and social inclusion:

    • BildungsLAB (Austria) – The project coordinator, known for its innovative educational approaches that foster inclusivity and creativity.

    • Compass GmbH (Austria) – A non-profit supporting the social and professional integration of disadvantaged groups through education and empowerment.

    • Integra (Slovenia) – Bringing expertise in community-driven sustainability efforts (more info coming soon!).

    • TAG-Green (Greece) – A social cooperative leading sustainable textile management through recycling, upcycling, and social redistribution.

    • Sustainable Design and Material Lab DiMa (Estonia) – Specializing in research and development for sustainable design and material innovation.

  • Over the next 24 months, we aim to:

    • Develop educational and training materials for vocational education.

    • Promote circular and sustainable textile practices.

    • Connect educators, industry leaders, and policymakers.

    • Ensure long-term impact through a strategic deployment plan.
